Meet Our Volunteers
Angie Aparicio, Volunteer
I got involved with the CDC when Pastor Lee invited me to be part of a round table as a spokesperson and leader of my community. We reviewed the areas of needs in the community and how the CDC could contribute to find solutions to those needs. I was honored to be that bridge between my community and the CDC.
I also volunteered in the Banking on Our Youth (BOY), a financial conference where more than 1,000 high school students participated. Several sisters from the local groups of Moms in Prayer International also volunteered. It was a blessing and we enjoyed serving the youth of our city.
Another event in which my team, from the local Moms in Prayer International groups, participated was Love Santa Ana. At this event the TCCDC demonstrated the love of Christ to our community by coming together and helping to beautify the streets of Santa Ana.
I have also attended and helped at the Kingdom Group, which I really enjoy because this group helps make connections with key people/groups like SAUSD. I like that TCCDC shows the love of God to our community key leaders and other.

I really enjoyed volunteering at one of the Kingdom Group meetings because I was able to see many key leaders and important organizations come together to join forces on how to make MY city better, Santa Ana. It’s just nice to know that our leaders want to help and make a difference in our community. I encourage everyone to get involved in any of the programs that Templo Calvario CDC offers because all of them are to serve our families.”
